Who we are
zumm s.r.o. is a reliable manufacturing partner specializing in CNC machining, metal fabrication, mould maintenance for the rubber industry, and PScoat thermal-insulation coatings.
Since 2008, we’ve delivered precise, high-quality solutions with an emphasis on reliability and a fair approach to both suppliers and customers — from CNC machining and metal fabrication to surface finishing and assembly.
With our own 1,600 m² facility, we have the space and capacity to handle both small projects and high-volume production. Our services are used by large multinational companies as well as smaller family businesses.
We are also ISO 9001 certified for our quality management system, ensuring consistent quality and reliability on every project.
How we work
We supply parts and assemblies including material, surface finishing, heat treatment, welding, grinding, and assembly — all under internal quality control.
In metal fabrication, we handle TIG/MIG/CO₂/arc welding, grinding, sheet metal cutting and forming, tube bending, drilling, and threading.
We process parts from single pieces to small series, using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.
A wider production range is ensured through cooperation with our trusted partners (for example, waterjet cutting, hardening, nitriding, zinc plating, chrome plating, and other surface treatments), to deliver a complete result exactly as the customer envisions.
